Ideally situated in the beautiful Wensum Valley, 10 miles north west of the Cathedral city of Norwich.
There are three beautiful lodges built to a high standard in a secluded and enclosed setting. Comprising of a 2 acre Lake and approx 3 acres of tree lined pathways with picnic area in the very heart of the Norfolk Countryside.
It is ideal for Nature lovers which is home to many birds such as the Kingfisher, Woodpecker and many more.
It has its own private access to Marriotts Way which is ideal for Walking, Cycling and Bird Watching.
The lake is stocked with Carp up to 30lb plus and good sized Tench, Roach, Perch and Pike.
Due to deep water and steep banks children under 5 years of age are not accepted. Care should be taken at all times close to the water.
We spent a 4 night break in Wilson’s lodge, was fantastic, very clean, lovely bed linen and little touches which make the lodge so comfortable. Loved the big veranda looking out onto the lake. My boys loved the fishing and going out on their bikes. Would highly recommend for a relaxing break.

A superb retreat in every way. An absolute priviledge to stay in the lovely lodge. To wake up to the trill of the Kingfisher.
